Pat Considine Auctioneers is a family run company that was established over 20 years ago and has recently opened a new office in Miltown Malbay in March 2005. The proprietor of the business, Pat, has 20 years of experience in Estate Agency and Auctioneering and was joined by his son David in 2005.
Pat Considine Auctioneers cover a large area of County Clare especially dealing with the Mid-West region of the county and going up as far as the North-West of Clare. Pat Considine Auctioneers is renowned for its experience in agricultural sales but have branched out to dealing with development land, residential sales and lettings in recent times. Pat Considine auctioneers are also working in conjunction with Platinum Developments and are currently selling a wide range of properties in Bulgaria.
